VAYA SUR was founded by Kevin Palans, who spent the prior 20-years successfully developing business in Latin America and Asia on behalf of leading global companies in a variety of industries. Kevin speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese, and earned his MBA from UC Berkeley.

Prior to founding VAYA SUR, Kevin launched the Mexican subsidiary of Orange Glo International (acquired by Church & Dwight), growing the business to $10MM USD+ in annual sales and multi-category leadership.
